Founded in 2011, and based in Pretoria. From humble beginnings we have steadily grown the business from the ground up, continually adding to our stock and expertise as we go.We are a small company, and our focus is all about personal and friendly service, attention to detail and therefore, outstanding quality. We believe the key ingredient to delivering on our promises is by having a personal sense of responsibility toward all the functions we do. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a wide range of services, minimising your need to deal with multiple service providers for your function.

 

How we operate:  Brainstorming

The first step is to get together so that we can get to know you, what type of event you are planning, your visions, ideas and most importantly your objectives for the function/event. We will help you as little or as much as you need from beginning to end by offering suggestions and solutions for potential problems either with venues, seating arrangements, time constraints and so on.

 

Venue Selection & Logistics

Venue Selection is the first and the most important step in planning a function/event. Many of the key logistics around planning an event are based on the venue…how many people do you intend on inviting, what are the proposed activities that you would like to take place, what are the parking arrangements, general accessibility and the list goes on. We would be able to help you visualize the potential problems and solutions to any such problems so that the rest of the details can be worked out around these.

 

Décor & Creativity:  Décor, décor, décor!

Decor is the essence of the whole event as it accentuates the overall effect and atmosphere of the event. It’s the quality of the décor and attention to detail that is often remembered the longest. Décor is everything from the ceiling to the floor treatment, from the reception desk table, to the individual tables, and the dance floor.From a creative perspective, we will advise on different styles, colour schemes, table decorations, lighting and decor. We will help you choose all the right décor to create the atmosphere you are looking for.
